Once we’ve received your service request, we’ll add your appointment to our calendar. One of our repair technicians will give you a call on the day of service!

If you can provide the brand and model number of your appliance when booking your request, that allows us to grab parts and do research on your appliance beforehand and can expedite the repair process.

What we can’t work on: we repair major appliances and regret we’re unable to accommodate repair requests for microwaves, small appliances, trash compactors, or walk-in coolers. We work on most appliance brands, but we don’t work on these due to warranty or part availability issues: Asko, Dacor, DCS, Fisher & Paykel, Gaggenau, Manitowoc, Miele, Thermador, U-Line, Wolf or Viking.
